City of Saint John responds to hard water complaints
The City has issued a response to some complaints about the West Saint John water supply.
Saint John Water changed the source from Spruce Lake to groundwater from the South Bay Aquifer back in September - it's all part of the Safe Clean Drinking Water Project.
Some residents are ticked off because the new source of water is harder.
The city says in a press release that although hard water can leave spots on dishes or in the tub, it's only minerals and using vinegar should do the trick.
